Since last year, the research agency BCGroup has been conducting monthly research for a manufacturing plant of agricultural machinery.

The purpose of this series of studies is to monitor the quality of the enterprise’s work at all stages.

The objectives of the study include:

  • evaluation of customer satisfaction with purchased equipment;
  • assessment of loyalty to the manufacturing plant;
  • plans for the purchase of new types of agricultural machinery;
  • evaluation of the effectiveness of ongoing activities.

A survey of specialists from organizations that purchase equipment is used as a method of collecting information.
