Truck and agricultural tires


Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the truck and agricultural tire market.

The purpose of the study was to assess the market capacity of new and retreaded tires.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • review of the new tire market by key indicators;
  • overview of the retreaded tire market by key indicators;
  • assessment of the saturation and attractiveness of both markets;
  • calculation of the shares of participants in both markets;
  • market development forecast for the next 5 years.

The following methods were used to collect information: desk research, expert interviews, and an online consumer survey. Both private drivers and representatives of companies with their own truck or agricultural fleet took part in the survey.
