Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a satisfaction survey for a large telecommunications operator in Moscow and the Central Federal District, providing services to organizations.

Until 2023, the research was carried out by the customer’s managers. The purpose of the BCGroup study was to assess the real level of customer satisfaction of the company.

The objectives set for the study included:

  • overall customer satisfaction rating
  • evaluation of the work of the customer service department;
  • evaluation of technical service performance;
  • evaluation of competitors’ work using the same parameters;
  • evaluation of the range of services, price offer, convenience of your personal account.

A survey of specialists from the company’s client organizations was used as a method of collecting information.

It is worth noting that the data obtained from the study were somewhat different from the data collected by company employees. This was due to the fact that the company's employees in this case were interested parties (the motivation system was based on the level of satisfaction).
