Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study aimed at studying the brand strength of a chain of Japanese clothing stores.

The purpose of the study was to assess the company’s brand awareness and study the dynamics of indicators.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • assess the level of brand awareness (top-of-mind, spontaneous and induced awareness);
  • assess knowledge of chain store outlets;
  • study the target audience and its preferences;
  • assess the level of satisfaction of the target audience with the network.

The method of collecting information was personal interviews in shopping centers.

For privacy reasons, we cannot provide specific brands and numbers.
