Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the market for sanatorium and resort services.

The purpose of this study was to study market development, as well as determine the brand strength and loyalty level of one of the major resorts.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • determining the level of brand awareness (top-of-mind, spontaneous and induced awareness);
  • studying the needs of the target audience;
  • determining price sensitivity;
  • assessment of the level of loyalty to sanatoriums and holiday regions.

Online and personal survey were used as information collection methods.

For privacy reasons, we cannot provide specific brands and numbers.
