The research agency BCGroup conducted an annual survey of service users at the end of last year.

The purpose of the study was to determine the reasons for churn, as well as a reduction in the frequency of orders among a selected group of users.

The study had the following tasks:

  • assessment of satisfaction with the service in general and according to a number of parameters;
  • identification of the advantages and disadvantages of the service according to users;
  • evaluation of the effectiveness of the service log.

More than 3,000 users from different cities took part in the survey and assessed the performance of the service according to its parameters, which allowed us to draw important conclusions and improve the performance of the service.
