Educational services in kindergartens

In 2024, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of satisfaction with the quality of education in kindergartens.

The purpose of the study was to assess the level of parents' satisfaction with the work of kindergartens.

Tasks that were set for the study:

• assessment of the quality of work of kindergarten staff;
• assessment of the quality of education in kindergarten;
• assessment of satisfaction with information about the work of the kindergarten.

A telephone survey was used as a method of collecting information. 14,500 parents of children attending kindergartens took part in the survey.

The main difficulty of the project can be called the presence of a communication barrier between the respondent and the interviewer due to the low frequency of surveys in the region (on any topic). Despite this feature, the project was completed on time and with proper quality.
