Hotel services in the business segment


Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the hotel services market.

The purpose of this study was to study the development of the hotel market, to search for opportunities to increase the market share of one of the large hotels in the city.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • assessment of market capacity;
  • calculation of shares of all market participants;
  • study of factors influencing the choice of hotel;
  • target audience segmentation;
  • determining the price sensitivity of the target audience.

Desk research, expert interviews, personal interviews at the airport and railway station were used as methods for collecting information.
