Large regional chain of grocery stores

For more than two years, the BCGroup research agency has been collaborating with a large regional chain of grocery stores.

The purpose of one of the tracking studies is to assess satisfaction with the work of the chain stores.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • study the features of visiting grocery stores;
  • assess satisfaction with the assortment in comparison with competitors;
  • assess satisfaction with the price level in comparison with competitors;
  • assess satisfaction with the quality of service in comparison with competitors.

Online and personal surveys are used as methods of collecting information. One store in the chain is selected monthly and customers are surveyed. The study involves 600 people. Thanks to constant measurements of the chain of stores, it is possible to improve the operation of the entire chain and monitor the successes and failures of competitors.

For privacy reasons, we cannot provide specific brands and numbers.
