Fastfood: pizzeria chain

Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the fastfood market.

The purpose of this study was to determine the reasons for the decline in revenue of a chain of fastfood outlets.

The following hypotheses were set before the study:

  • presence of strong competitors located nearby;
  • oversaturation of the market;
  • decrease in the frequency of visits to fasfood due to the impact of the crisis;
  • decreased quality of service.

Based on the results of the study, the reasons for the decline in revenue were identified and appropriate measures were taken.

Desk research, online survey, personal interview, as well as secret audit and observation were used as information collection methods.
