Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the collection market for one.

The purpose of this study was to study market development.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • assessment of the regional market capacity;
  • determining the impact of the development of related markets (acquiring services market);
  • calculation of shares of all market participants;
  • comparison of conditions offered by collection service providers;
  • defining a list of additional services and their costs offered by competitors (change, automatic safes, etc.).

Desk research, expert interviews, and secret audits and observations were used as methods for collecting information.

It is worth noting that this market is closed, most conditions are not published, but are discussed individually. In this regard, collecting information was quite difficult.
