Delivery of consolidated cargo throughout Europe


For several years now, the research agency BCGroup has been conducting research on the cargo transportation market.

The purpose of one of the studies was to obtain an assessment of the brand awareness of a transport company specializing in the transportation of groupage cargo.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • assess the level of fame of transport companies in general and by region (top-of-mind, spontaneous and induced fame);
  • evaluate the company’s market share;
  • evaluate the level of loyalty to the company using the NPS method;
  • analyze the dynamics of the above indicators.

The online survey method was used to collect information. Representatives of companies that use the services of sending/receiving groupage cargo took part in the survey. The survey was conducted in more than 25 regions. The study is carried out on a regular basis.
